The governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko also visited Tsitsernakaberd commemorating the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
He donated documents, containing information about the help the northern capital of Russia provided to the Armenian emigrants, to the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute.
