The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman signed the project adopted by the deputies on April 22. It adopts private sanctions against the president of Russia Vladimir Putin. The document offers to use sanctions against 34 other high rank officials besides the ruler of Kremlin.
