According to the keynote speaker the Deputy Minister of Justice Suren Krmoyan the lengthening the time limit of the law will give the opportunity to soften the situation and will create the conditions for many youngsters to return to Armenia. The resolution was adopted with 107 for, 4 against and 1 neutral votes.
