Two cross stones were placed in Stepanavan, one exactly in the place where Turks killed 75 soldiers of Armenian Army who participated in the battle of Gharakilisa in 1918. Only one of them was saved and told the story to the poeople.
The cross stone in Teghut village of Tavush Region was placed next to the memorial stone of the people of Teghut who died during the Great Patriotic War. The cross stone is the duplicate of the famous cross stone of Goshavank.
