The 5-meter metallic tripod reminds of the gallows, where Armenian intellectuals were hung. One drop of water with 21-second interval is dropping from the top of the tripod symbolizing the tears of the 1, 5 million Armenians in one year and commemorating the victims of the Armenian genocide.
