The great material losses of the Armenians were counted by the State Economic University Student Council members based on an important document approved by the Assembly in Paris in 1919.
According to that document the material damage of the Armenians was equal of the rate of 19 billion French francs at that time. The historical document was signed by the representative of the First Republic of Armenia Avetis Aharonyan. The material damage wasn't compensated because of Armenia becoming a part of the Soviet Union. Disagreements arise between the Soviet Union and great powers and as a result the world forgets about the compensation of the Armenians.
