The President donated a manuscript to Matenadaran at the opening ceremony
President Serzh Sargsyan with His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians participated in the opening ceremony of the "Preserved Manuscripts" exhibition and the presentation of "Kemal Massacres" film dedicated to the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide on April 17.
The President donated a manuscript to Matenadaran at the opening ceremony. It is a very valuable illustrated Gospel of the 17th century with bookmark miniatures of the evangelists and decorated margins. The manuscript is named "Red Gospel".
