A new IT center was built in Stepanakert in 2 years with the cooperation of the state and private sector partnership.
Artsakh chose the IT field development to avoid isolation and to remove the territorial and transport limitations. It is declared a priority direction in the country and the consistent measures of progress were fast to come.

The official opening ceremony went on high level with participation of the president of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan. This is already the second large project with financial help of Muscovite philanthropist Konstantin Manukyan.
