Greece paid the next part of the debt to the International Monetary Fund: 448mln Euros.
The Prime Minister of Greece Alexis Tsipras discussed the relationships of Kremlin with EU with the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and also the price reduction of the gas given to Greece and the removal of embargo on Greek items.
Greece paid the next part of the debt to the International Monetary Fund: 448 mln Euros. The total amount of debt of the country is 300 billion Euros.
Greece was in a hopeless situation, until the last moment and tried to write off most of the debt. The payment gives grounds to believe that Athens received financial help from Russia. But the president of Russia declared during the meeting that Greece asked no help from the Federation. It was spoken not about help but about cooperation which includes also the financial field.
