Manuk Harutyunyan’s music path has begun at an early age – music school, conservatory, national musical instruments.
Over these years he studied almost all Armenian folk instruments and realized we need an instrument that will be close to the violin.
After years of considerations Manuk added the first 3 letters of the violin (jutak in Armenian) to the first 3 letters of his name, invented a new instrument and named it “manjut”. But the musician gets annoyed that only he can play that instrument.
