The exhibition “Russian Philanthropy and Armenia 1915-1923” will be open in the National Library of Russia in Saint Petersburg.
The exhibition “Russian Philanthropy and Armenia 1915-1923” will be open in the National Library of Russia in Saint Petersburg from April 1 to April 22.
It is done in commemoration of the victims of the Armenian Genocide. A part of the exhibition is unique documents on the activity of charity committees in Russia, Armenian and Russian publications from the library.
The event has been organized by the National Library of Russia in cooperation with the Armenian Apostolic church in Saint Petersburg, the Consulate General of the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian cultural sovereignty.
