One person received “The Order of the Combat Cross of the Second Degree”, 19 people “Medal for Courage”, and 26 people “Medal for Combat Service”.
The feats of the new heroes are highly valued by their country. The best soldiers and officers of the Defense Army received state awards and valuable gifts from the Commander-in-Chief in the Presidential Grand Hall of the Artsakh Republic.
According to the order of Bako Sahakyan more than 40 soldiers received high state awards for throwing the enemy back in different directions of the border, giving worthy retaliation and showing exceptional courage during battles in March. In particular one person received “The Order of the Combat Cross of the Second Degree”, 19 people “Medal for Courage”, and 26 people “Medal for Combat Service”.
The Armenian Army demands peace and stability in the region. Alas nowadays those ideas are defended by more aggressive ways and with some losses. There is a confession in the words of the rewarded soldiers, despite the pride and happiness they mourn for their lost friends.
