The sanctions will be active till the MINSK agreements in the Ukraine question will be fulfilled.
During the summit launched in Brussels 7 countries out of 28 voted against prolonging the sanctions against Russia. Nevertheless the conference adopted a political declaration which protects the suggestion of keeping the sanctions.
