President Serj Sargsyan participated in the opening ceremony of the "Euronest" 4th plenary session of the assembly. The President in his speech spoke about the necessity of strengthening the Yerevan-Brussels relationship and ties, mainly the cooperation in the fields of infrastructure and transport.

According to him the constitutional reforms aim to strengthen the democratic processes in the country, improve the rule of law, constitutional mechanisms to guarantee fundamental human rights and freedoms.
