How to organize the educational process so that the children become learners and mathematics becomes for them not only easy but also interesting. The answer to these questions was found in the N5 high school of Etchmiadzin by creating a mathematical atmosphere.
Celebrating the international day of Pi number for 5 consecutive years the organizers aim to develop mathematical thinking in the pupils and develop their logic. Pi is the oldest number which was discovered by the people of early ages. While sewing baskets they noticed that to have the required diameter of the basket they needed straws three times longer. This and other interesting stories about mathematics are told to pupils through these lesson and are rooted as basic knowledge.
