The process of the constitutional changes has reached its end in Armenia. For an ordinary man the expression “constitutional reforms” may seem abstract and of no particular importance.
The viewpoint is formed on the background of different demands made by different politicians or political forces; they say that we can live well with this constitution.
By that, the political forces in some way weaken the importance of the constitution. After various debates discussion and some struggle, a variant of the constitution was created which fitted everyone’s needs. It will regulate many questions of political field and will clarify them.
