Already today thousands of organizations are engaged in defense of women’s rights.
The United Nations General Assembly has designated November 25 as the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
The message of the Secretary General read, “Violence against women originates unexplainable sufferings and pain in families. It comes out into society and manifests itself in communication. Violence does not allow women to fully realize their potential.”
