The representative of Artsakh in that country Robert Avetisyan presented the miserable state of human rights in Baku, the history of Armenian depopulation from Artsakh and Nakhijevan and also the soon to come parliamentary elections in Artsakh to the students of the Columbia University.
Robert Avetisyan mentioned that Baku is busy boycotting the negotiations process and our government does everything to improve Artsakh.
