On March 6, a boy was born in the family of Florentine Ludovico Buonarroti. That day of 1475 became symbolic for the whole Italy and world. One of the best artists of the Renaissance period, Michelangelo, was born.
At the age of 13, the teenager started studying the secrets of painting at Domenico Ghirlandaio’s studio. A year later Michelangelo went to the Medici Palace, where he was carried away by architecture.
