Writer and publicist Meruzhan Ter-Gulanyan perfectly remembers the day when still teenage Vazgen Sargsyan brought his first novel to the editorial office of Garun Magazine.
The editor immediately liked Vazgen, who was young, unexperienced but had a unique style. Over the years Vazgen became a sophisticated serviceman, commander, skilled military and political figure. On March 5 he would become 56 years old.
