On April 2009 an interesting incident took place in London in front of the Prime Minister’s residence. On that day Bob Quick, who headed the Scotland Yard counterterrorism department, had come to report to the Prime Minister the result of the work implemented by his subdivision.
The official came out of the car holding some documents. The journalists gathered in front of the building took some photos.
Examining the photos in the editorial office, they saw that the content of the document was readable. It turned out to be a top secret document. As a result of the raised noise the high-ranking officer left the office.
