The Appeals Court Session of Azerbaijan saboteurs Dilham Askerov and Shahbaz Guliev started a few days ago in Stepanakert. The need of the appeal court session arose when Artsakh Court of First Instance sentenced Dilham Askerov for life and Shahbaz Guliev for 22 years of imprisonment.
The defendants used their right of appealing to higher courts. This democratic act towards the saboteurs may seem incomprehensible for many; why is the Armenian side showing them humanitarian approach and judging them according to the law.
