The militia was the first to remove armored equipment. OSCE observers confirmed that the self-proclaimed republics of Donetsk and Lugansk drew back self-propelled howitzers, transport combat vehicles, “Ural” trucks and other heavy weapon. The situation is relatively calm in Donetsk: city authorities restore destroyed infrastructures.
