More than 40 recruits in Kapan pledged their oath near the memorial where the remnants of Garegin Njdeh lie. The relatives of the recruits arrived to Kapan despite the heavy snow to be present to the sacrament.
The commander of the N unit of Kapan Karen Serobyan reminded the recruits that they serve in a unit which has the first degree “Battle Cross” medal and they must preserve the traditions of the unit.
