People all around the world celebrate the Mother Tongue day on 21st February

According to experts the Armenian celebrated the day of mother tongue centuries ago.

The Mother Tongue day is special in Armenia. Main events took place in Oshakan where the creator of Armenian alphabet Mesrop Mashtots is buried.
