The Minister of defense of the Republic of Artsakh on the request of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs commented on the situation at the Karabakh-Azerbaijani border and the cases of ceasefire violation.
Today the enemy has chosen a new strategy, as for example, if there were 19 cases of diversion penetration in 2014, then in 2015 within 2 months - 24 cases.
