The president of Ukraine Pyotor Poroshenko went to war zone on 18th February to watch the situation in place.
Ukraine and the ceasefire they signed is in the center of attention of the international press and analysts these days. Reports say that the Ukraine forces started to retreat from Donbas. The ceasefire is maintained in the war zone. The situation in Debaltsevo though is concerning. There according to militias a few thousand Ukraine soldiers were surrounded.
