After a 3 hour delay the transactions were signed.
On 10th October 2009 in Zurich an international event was expected. It was expected that the foundation of the Armenian-Turkish relationships would be laid. After a 3 hour delay the transactions were signed. They were impenetrable documents for Armenia from the point of view of combining the international rights and national benefits. Turkey ignored the urges of the world to authenticate them in due time.
