The Committee of Foreign Affairs of the National Assembly accepted a declaration about the condemnation of the Genocide

The second declaration the author of which is Zaruhi Postanjyan, a deputy from “Heritage” party, was denied unanimously.

The Committee of Foreign Affairs of the National Assembly discussed the two projects of the declaration about condemning the Armenian Genocide. The project about condemning the Genocide of the Assyrians and Greeks initiated by the Ottoman Empire during 1914-1923 had co-authors from all the parties. It was accepted unanimously. The second declaration the author of which is Zaruhi Postanjyan, a deputy from “Heritage” party, was denied unanimously.
