Hours before the ceasefire treaty establishment in the south-east of Ukraine, president Pyotor Poroshenko said that the aggreements gained in Minsk will get into power. Otherwise Poroshenko threatens to declare military situation in the country.
The president of Ukraine had telephone conversations with the president of The USA Barack Obama and chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel. The president of Russia Vladimir Putin in turn had a phone conversation with Norsultan Nazarbaev.
During the conversation the president of Russia said that he hoped that the ceasefire will take place. By the way the UN Security Council by the initiative of Russia will examine the new resolution about the crisis in Ukraine on 15th February.
