In the result of 14 hour negotiations of the Norman Quartet about the Ukraine problem a new treaty was signed. According to the treaty the leaders of Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine confirm the "full respect of Ukraine sovereignty and territorial integrity".
The sides agreed that the ceasefire treaty will enter into force on 15th February. The Ukraine army will withdraw the heavy arms from the border.
