On the 6th February ceasefire regime was declared in Debaltsevo village of Donetsk Region. Recently the population of the village, where the most heated battles were taking place, is being evacuated through a humanitarian corridor.
The self-proclaimed Republic of Donetsk gave 15 buses.
The population was safely evacuated to Slavyansk and Donetsk, some of them leaving the village on their own vehicles. The process of evacuation is being watched over by OSCE observers.
Kiev also agreed about the evacuation of the population of self-proclaimed Lugansk Republic's Chernukhino village.
