Armenia has a new legislation now which corresponds to the laws of the Customs Union.
According to the chief of Customs Control Department of the Ministry of Finance Gevorg Saghoyan, procedures of import and export were reviewed. There are no customs clearances for the import and export to the member countries of Customs Union.
Considering the absence of mutual borders between Armenia and other member countries of the Customs Union the goods are processed only as "transit" and are transported only by the means of identification.
