The recent announcement made by the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs was a call on official Baku. In their message the co-chairs urged Azerbaijan to exercise restraint and not to intensify
the situation on the border.During his meeting with journalists political scientist Alexander Margarov spoke about the text and the aim of the announcement. The Armenian announcement that from now on we will give asymmetric and preventive strikes to the enemy gives results. The political scientist thinks that they prevent Azerbaijani aggressive actions.
