On the 4th of February the whole world celebrates the international day of fighting against cancer. The rate of being infected by cancer in Armenia is much lower than in other countries. Alas, there are many lethal outcomes.
According to experts, the reason is the careless attitude towards health. Mostly people see the doctors in the last moment. The treatment of cancer starts too late when the illness is in the 3rd or 4th stage.
The rate of oncological illnesses during the previous 2 years has not changed a lot in our country. Men get lung cancer more frequently, and women - breast cancer. The experts ensure that the percentage of discovering malignant tumor in early stages grows every year.
