President Serzh Sargsyan made working visits to Armavir and Aragatsotni regions. The President visited the newly constructed administrative and the first dwelling buildings of “Armavir” penitentiary institution.
Serzh Sargsyan, US Ambassador to Armenia, representatives of OSCE and other international organizations together with those responsible for the area familiarized themselves with the works fulfilled and became convinced that the conditions of the institution met international standards.
