Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan presented state awards to a number of Armenian and American representatives of California’s legislative body.
Bako Sahakyan expressed gratitude to the award winners for the consistent attention paid to Artsakh, and noted that recognition of Artsakh’s independence by the Californian Senate is a grand step in a process that has been going on already for two decades.
