Armenian peacekeepers’ detachment, comprised of thirty-two members, has left for Lebanon by the airplane of the Italian air forces.
In the staff of the Italian battalion, our servicemen will participate in the mission carried out under the patronage of the United Nations Organization.
Lebanon is the fourth country after Iraq, Afghanistan and Kosovo, where Armenian servicemen are going to implement a peacekeeping mission.
