Festival of films with spiritual content was organized in Saint Petersburg. Armenian film directors, too, presented their works among 7 dozen of films and deserved the high assessment of the jury and spectator.Films were presented from Argentina, Korea, Greece, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Belarus and Russia. Only 70 films were selected out of the 400 for the festival.
Public Television’s correspondent in Saint Petersburg also participated in the festival. Gohar Martirosyan’s film tells about the outstanding contribution and role of the Lazaryans’ dynasty in the Russian history.Director Vahe Gevorgyants presented two films and was awarded with the festival’s certificate. “One Letter’s Story” film by Karen Tovmasyan was also introduced.
