The President of Lithuania has again called Russia a terrorist state. Dalia Grybauskaite at the joint press-conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has strictly condemned the Russian position in the Ukrainian question: “The country that commands its militaries to take off identification marks and brings troops and heavy military equipment in the territory of other country has all the characteristics of international terrorism”. The day before Ms Grybauskaite once more put out a similar statement. Russian Foreign Ministry has qualified the rhetoric of the President of Lithuania as extremist.
