Over 3 km sector of Vazashen-Paravaqar road will be open for all types of vehicles in a week. The deadline for handing over the road for operation was June 30, but the agreement signed with the former construction company was canceled due to violation of the terms.
The new company promised to accomplish the road contraction on October 30. This time, however, weather conditions appeared to be unfavorable. Anyhow, the Ministry of Transport and Communication has adopted a rough policy towards road constructors.
