Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan qualified the statement of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs as distortion of facts and documents.
Mr Nalbandyan noted that one more time Azerbaijan is trying to manipulate the essence of the UN Security Council resolution, deliberately omitting its distinct demand of immediately stopping all the hostile activities.
“It is because of not fulfilling the basic requirement of the given resolutions by Azerbaijan that their implementation became impossible. And it is at least ridiculous that Azerbaijan makes a reference to those resolutions, implementation of which was failed by itself.
Baku went to new instigations to obstruct the negotiation process as well as the endeavors of Armenia and international community directed toward exclusively peaceful settlement of the conflict,” Edward Nalbandyan noted.
