A delegation headed by the Prime Minister will leave for Ashkhabad on November 20 to participate in the regular session of the heads of CIS governments.
For that very reason the government summoned its sitting a week earlier.
Among over a dozen of issues the government approved the agreement on 270 million dollars loan and 30 million grant expected from Russia for purpose of prolonging the exploitation term.
