The mission of “SOS Children’s Villages” Armenian benevolent foundation is to ensure the care of the children who are deprived of parents’ love or who are in a different situation of life.
The organization opened the first center in 1989 in Kotayk Province.
Director of the foundation Ashot Kocharyan said that another occasion of referring to children’s rights and defense issues is the World Day for Prevention of Abuse and Violence against Children – November 19.
