National Education Excellence Program public hearings have launched. What does mean that program and what for is it designed? The only real possibility to find our own and stable position among other competing countries is to use our unique resource, i.e. intellectual capabilities.
Three of 20 general subjects foreseen by the National Education Excellence Program are related to arts. Folk dance and song (as a discipline) is already in probation period; for current academic year three specialists will be retrained at 11 schools in the capital and regions.
