On the last working day of the four-day sittings, the parliament finished the discussions over the major financial document for the upcoming year.
Concluding the working day, the MPs undertook the discussion of the parliament’s draft decision on making amendments in the Electoral Code, which intends a passage to 100% proportional electoral system.
Will the state budget afford an opportunity to solve the issues the country faces? This was the main issue worrying the MPs.
