Downing of the Armenian helicopter has been condemned by the United States of America, European Union, NATO, OSCE, CSTO, as well as by American and French Congressmen.
Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov, James Warlick, Pierre Andrieu have epxresed their concerns too.
Didier Burkhalter, Swiss Foreign Minister and OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, has called on the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan to do everything possible to exclude similar incidents and to respect the ceasefire regime. The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office has expressed pity that several waves of violation during the year have brought to victims of an unprecedented number.
U.S. Department of State, too, has circulated a statement on destruction of the Armenian helicopter by the Azerbaijani armed forces.
