After being discussed at the National Assembly Standing Committees, the draft state budget 2015 is at the parliament’s plenary session.
During the discussion of the major financial document, the parliamentary opposition did not approve the 4, 1 % economic growth intended by the budget, considering it unsatisfactory.
The government’s representatives are explaining that index by economic possibilities.
Prior to budget’s discussion, the parliament had disapproved the draft resolution on Artsakh’s independence.
