A rock that is impossible to move. This way was characterized Vladimir Movsisyan both in the soviet years, when he held numerous responsible positions and during the years of the independent Armenia, for consolidation and strengthening of which he served till the last day of his life.
Vladimir Movsisyan’s constant anxiety and responsibility in the recent years was the salvation plan for our beautiful Lake Sevan – the level rise of the lake, the restoration of the ecological balance, the issue of giving a second breath to our blue-eyed beauty.
