A serious political crisis has started in Georgia. Three ministers resigned in one day, and this was followed by resignation of over a dozen ambassadors. The ruling “Georgian Dream” coalition has appeared on the verge of collapse: “The Free Democrats” headed by already former defense minister of Georgia Irakli Alasania are not in the coalition any more.
Everything started from the session of the political council of the Georgian Dream coalition, which was attended by former Georgian Prime Minister, billionaire Bidzina Ivanishvili. According to some information, it was his very presence that became the reason for the demarche of the Free Democrats.
